WATER PURIFICATION PLANTS

The treatment of the water in the washing tanks of galvanic plants is the key to obtaining a good galvanic result and to preserve the tanks from pollution. The water-treatment system is connected to the galvanic plant in correspondence with the washing tanks through a series of pipes, inlet and outlet, which create the so-called “closed circuit”, purifying the recirculation waters from residues of galvanic processes. Purification by pollutants occurs with the columns of the purification system, containing activated charcoal (which absorbs the organic pollutants) and special ion-exchange resins that retain the cations (calcium, magnesium, sodium … etc.) and the anions (sulphates, carbonates … etc.), releasing the purified water that is recirculated through the pumps. All the Berkem water- treatment plants are CE and 100% Made in Italy. The systems are sold complete with electrical panel, conductivity meter, flow visual meter, meter of the working pressure, recirculation pump and collection basin.
